3 things February- day 14

Well, we’re at the halfway stage and I’ve only fallen off the wagon twice. By my standards, that’s not bad. After the rugby yesterday (6 nations, Ireland v France) I found positives hard to come by as I could really only entertain thoughts of harming the Frogs. However! Today was another day and a day of luurve to boot, so I am very much back on track….

1. A smooth trip back to Aberdeen. I had a bit of a nightmare on my flight home last week, involving fog and circling over Stranraer for 90 minutes, so I am immensely grateful for a much more straightforward return leg. Though I did have to forfeit my darts, they’re on their way back via Royal Mail.

2. The best St Valentine’s Day I think I’ve ever had – including those when I had a boyfriend – and it was all thanks to these three:

3. The arrival of this guy:

You’d think that, living in Aberdeen, I would have had my fill of seagulls, but I can’t resist this one. Makes me want to say ‘mine’
