……get 8 hours sleep a night?
My alarm usually goes off at 6.30, so that means lights out by 10.30. I didn’t get off to a good start on Monday as darting stupidity meant it was after midnight by the time I got to bed. Result? Spent Tuesday like a zombie. However sensible bed times on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday were all achieved.
I love my bed and don’t tend to go to sleep much later that I should, but making the effort has definitely made the difference 🙂
